Another cycle has come and gone...
Round 3 will undergo the following changes:
1) All players that were not killed in the previous round are still active. That is, even if have not killed another target this round, you are still active in Round 3.
2) Instead of assigning specific targets, Round 3 is an all out FREE FOR ALL. You may assassinate any of the remaining players at your own discretion, even family members. Keep in mind, however, that it is in your own best interest to preserve your family members (at least until near the end of the game...) as there is still competition between the small families for the top score.
3) New killing method: for this round, you must "cap" your target. That is, you must stick a hat (any kind will do: caps, fedoras, rice-farmer hats...) on your intended target's head with a post-it attached with their name on it (this can be anywhere, inside the hat, on the rim, etc as long as its attached to the hat at the time of the kill).
4) All other previous rules are still applicable.
5) All agents are still active. Watch out! The person you killed a month ago may be back to take his/her revenge....
