Elections wore out the energy in the best of us. Some assassins kept their senses sharp, however, when they realized how opportune the moment was to strike when the targets were slow, sluggish, and unsuspecting.The first target of the night was caught up with her own clan. The assassin, thinking that perhaps the target was attempting to become the next assassin, struck before anything could come from the clan gathering.
Minnie Dasgupta was shot in the back of her head, falling forward into the center of her family gathering.
